I was the Primary care giver and manage the case, her to daughter are doctors and live out of town , for 4 years they gave me total trust in the full time home care of their mother,I gave skill professional care , working with the RN and Doctor that came to the house .We work together as a team,untill her passing , I Did all her ADL , as well as all am and pm care , bed bath, Incontinent care,dressing , meal preparation , all personal care, womb care, checking of vital sings ,note charting,set up her medication , I do have a med tech lic, I am very time management proficiency,empathetic and patient,with my client, goal is to help client to live out their last day in the comfort of their own home. so far I have been able to meet that goal with my last for client. Ps-in the past years of experience I have work with Parkinson's, cancer, MS, client , the blind , early dementia, as well as Alzheimer's, clients who have broken a hip, client who have had knee replacement , client who have just come home from rehabilitation and need help at home, and can no longer be by themselves, Referance by request .

Took care of her aunt for 3 years until she went into the hospital where she passed a few weeks later, I was her primary care giver,I gave all am and pm care, she had dementia, and needed full time total care, I worked 12 hr a day Monday to Friday, stay over night when it was a need, full assistant with , bath , grooming dressing hair care, , spcial dietary needed, all food I would blend, took all vitals, and charting notes for Doctor visit, set up Medes, took client to Doctor opt as needed.

Mrs able some mother had early dementia, I was with that family for many years, I was her mother primary care giver,3 years, it was years ago, we now live across the street from each other.I move into their neighborhood, last year,they live across the street from me , so I still kept in touch with them,
