About LAWRENCIA

OBJECTIVE I am an experienced R.N. of many years. A positive encouraging person. I enjoy my work as a Nurse and I like to give my best of care to those who need it most. I have my clients well being at heart, and their advocate all my life. As a young Certificated Midwife, who delivered thousands of babies, in a remote village in Ghana years ago, I realized how I loved being in the Health field. I have been in the Nursing field for a long time, and delivering top-notch quality services to my clients is classic to me. I proficiently use my experienced skills beyond the call of my duties, to assist other staff members who needed a touch of training to enhance their skills for the betterment of client care. I like to share what I know with others, and learn from them too. I am proud of always adhering to the highest quality of client care to the best of my ability. Titles do not take care to any person. The power and the love of God is what has carried me this far to love my clients and their families while I do my job. One of my reasons to loving what I do is this; I like to see my client happy, and well cared for. I do not like sloppy work. I stand up for what is right. I am proud in a humble sense, that as someone who came from a poor background, I held on to my vision with prayers by becoming an R.N. Truly God's Grace brought me to that point. Thanks for asking me to do this. I am Lawrencia Amo-Gottfried, R.N.

I enjoy working with people and I most enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoyed taking care of my elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel I can get along well with a variety of elders. I like doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. I like doing a variety of tasks in a day. I don't ever say, "That's not my job" but instead like pitching in to do whatever is needed. I like making someone smile and doing little things to make a person's day better. I take pride in attending to detail.
