I am Virginia Board Certified Nursing Assistant with over five years of home health and assisted living care. After raising four children I returned to school and became certified as a Home Health Aid, Nursing Assistant as well as Phlebotomy Tech. I believe that everyone has the right to quality care, and an advocate to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect. Raising four children has taught me that one must always use and implement active listening skills as well as expect the unexpected. My passion for health care comes from years of experience as a mother, wife and caregiver to family and friends.

I am Bethany, I am 18. I'm hardworking, loving and very Caring. What attracts me to be a caregiver is I love helping and taking care of other people. I am a great caregiver. I've been caregiving since I was about 10. My mother was my first patient, she was dealing with lung cancer at the time. My roles included bathing , feeding cooking and cleaning for her. I love taking care of people and helping people. My goal in life is to become a geriatric nurse.

What makes me a great caregiver ?? I started out as doing this job because I wanted to learn how to take care of my aunt , I ended up enjoying helping people so it became a job I wanted to do . I plan to become a RN and this was just a foot in the door but I'm glad I did it .

Hello my name is Pam and I have been a caregiver for 13 years I also am licensed in the state of Virginia. I have been doing Home health and Hospice care for 8. I went in to caregiving after I had worked for the federal service for 28 years. I always knew my calling was to be in this field but I became a mother young and then a single mother and did not go to school until my children were much older. I love being a caregiver to the elderly because I know that they receive the best care and respect and their dignity is kept until my services are no longer needed. It is such a joy to me to see the elderly that I take care of smile everyday and laugh and enjoy life.
