I am a very patient and attentive person. The most rewarding and precious thing we all have is our time and devotion. My goal as a caregiver is to empower as well as, revive a sense of personal independence. Building self esteem and administering a heavy dose of reassurance, are my strong points. Being a caregiver is much more than technical qualifications; it requires heart, soul, laughter, patience, compassion, and human nature at its most vulnerable state. This is why I am passionate about what I do. I have a very colloquial personality which keeps me fluid with other personalities. I have cared for elders in my community and I enjoy helping them preserve their independence as long as possible and becoming enriched with their history. I am proud of achieving the knowledge of my self worth and the worth of others, along with growth through writing and photography. I have experience with Parkinson's patients as well, and that has been a crowning honor for myself. More so, I find myself living through the wisdom and history of each person's story and take that knowledge through my own journey. I love elderly people and became a caregiver years ago while doing a Bible study on Gods given purpose. I believe taking care of elderly is my God given gift. I love the companionship, enjoy all the visiting and caring for what they can't on their own. I also enjoy outings with them.
