Hi, my name is Brianna and the things that make me a great caregiver are compassion, patience empathy and willingness to do whatever it takes to help someone. I have been a cna for 5 years now and have worked in just about every health care setting and with all types of patients, Caregiving is not just a job. It is a chance to help someone else's situation or life be a little easier. It's a way to show someone cares about them and in return those who help actually end up learning something from those they help. What i really enjoy most about being a caregiver is the conversation and stories about their lives and to see how no matter how different we could be their are still similarities found . Everyone needs to have personal goals and achievements. I am proud of all my achievements in my life but my top two are graduating from college and having my son. Two things I have always wanted since I knew what I wanted to be and do in life.

Hey, I'm Shakara Boles and for over the last 2 years and 4 months I been working with resident in a nursing home. I have a bachelors in psychology. But some where along the way I just fell in love with taking care of people. I knew that I wanted to help people but did not know it was by becoming a CNA. I'm very hardworking, determined, kind hearted, loving, and caring. Also ontop of working I am a mother of a 5 year old daughter and 6 months ago added another child into my daily routine my 4 year old niece. I'm a cheer coach ontop of that but never is to busy to take care of everything that's need to be done. I really didn't know what I would be doing after graduating school but before I graduated from college; I took a CNA course to make extra money but after doing it for so long I just fell in love with it all and I just couldn't leave it. I enjoy every moment about being a caregiver because I know I'm making a big difference into someone else life especially someone family member that they care for. It's never a dual moment having this as a career but it helps motivate you and keep you up on your toes to make sure that someone that is not related to you get all the help they need. I am proud of everything I have accomplish in my life time because I'm making a future that not only for me but my child and niece as well. One thing I am proud of that I can say is that becaming a CNA was the best decision I made because it helped me to become a better person and my love has grown even more because of this. I would not change any decision I made to become one.

I am a certified Nursing Assistant with over 6 years experience. I have been a caregiver with 4 years experience. When I am taking care of your loved one it is like I am taking care of one of my own family members. All of the families that I have ever been with have always loved me and only wanted me to come.

I became a caregiver because I love helping other people. I just feel like its my calling. I like to see people be happy and have a good quality of life and at the same time maintain a sense of independence as much as possible. I am proud to have raised two wonderful adult children and see them accomplish their goals. I am a certified CNA and have been in the health care field for 20 plus years and I enjoy working with people.

I'm Michelle Outsey wright, I've been working since I was 9 yrs. old. My very first job was baby setting. Next, I did tutoring. When I was 10 I started going around my neighborhood helping the elderly! I loved it! I use to help them clean, cook, I'd do hair, I'd even help them in personnel ways! They loved me! I have always loved just helping and being there for others. As a child I wanted to be a teacher,( done that), a nurse(doing that now), Childcare provider( done that). At 15 my first summer job was at Children's hospital as a unit clerk. I've ways loved helping people. I love making them smile. I love being around the elderly because they give me so much inspiration. I love their stories and I learn a lot from them also. When I take care of someone I love giving my all and doing my very best. I'm a very caring and considerate person. Always put others before me. I was married, I raised 7 children that weren't mine biologically. But I treated them like my own for over 7 yrs. I'm also an apprenticed funeral director and embalmer. I love people till death literally! I've been a CNA for 10ys. Did Childcare for 10 yrs. I'm currently in school to become a lisensed mortician and an RN. But I very much enjoy being a CNA! It's my passion. I love every thing I do.

What makes me a good caregiver it's because I go the extra mile to get the job done have over 20 years of experience I am always on time I never called off unless it's very very necessary and the reason why I like doing caregiving it's because I like taking care of patients people I love everybody I am good with pets my background is perfect I have had no complaints and if given the chance you would not be disappointed thank you and have a blessed day

I AM A GREAT CAREGIVER BECAUSE I CARE, I CARE HOW THE PATIENT FEELS AND THE FAMILY. I LIKE TO IMAGINE THAT IF THE PATIENT WAS MY FAMILY MEMBER HOW THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED SO I TREAT THE PATIENT AS IF HE/SHE WAS A PART OF MY FAMILY.
