I love to give others the sense of security that need to enjoy the rest of there life. I've found this to be a calling when my parent got sick to help others in there most time of need. I am also a great team player an handle change well. meeting new people and providing caregiving services that they can no longer do for themselves. Helping to promote the health and wellness of my patients is the overall goal of any Certified Nursing Assistant. But I have more in mind! I want to make my patients feel wonderful. I want them to know that as long as they are living they can make a difference in the world! Even if that difference is just with myself, it’s a difference! I became a caregiver when I noticed how lonely our seniors where, but didn't want to leave their homes since they were unable to preform everyday activities and household duties. I took on my first caregiver job for my nieghbor, Ms. BELL. She had one son lived another state, but I would come over and help her with bathing, dressing, cooking, laundry and some errands. I got so much satifaction from doing those things for her and that's when I started doing it as a job. I'm 47 years old and have had cpr classes as well as cna classes. I would love for the chsnce to make things easier for you and your family. Thank you, Linda Morgan

Hello. I am a retired RN with 28 years of varied experience. I have always enjoyed caring for the geriatric population. I am interested in their histories and very much hearing the stories that they share. I am honest, trustworthy, and am an excellent patient/family advocate. I am a self starter, give great attention to detail and have a high work ethic. You will find that I will quickly become a valued addition to the care of your loved one, giving you great peace of mind.
Hmm...about me? When I took the class to become certified, I had no idea the impact it would have on my life, much less, how it would impact the person I am today. I think being personable and empathetic are important qualities that have been enhanced throughout the last nine years. I never put much though into becoming a caregiver, it just kind of came about, but now I feel like its a way for me to step away from "self." Whatever may be going on in life gets left at the door or at the time clock, then I step into another "self." Its hard to describe the way this type of work makes me feel which, in turn, has a positive affect on my job performance and I like to think people can see this shine through in my personality. I can honestly say that I'm happy to have gained the friendships, knowledge and experience I wouldn't have otherwise had a chance to gain. My most recent personal achievement is being enrolled to start on online classes to take the next step in the healthcare feild.
I've had a passions for helping people in need for as long as I can remember, as I've grown up I realized how I could put that passion in connection with my lifetime goals that I like to achieve. I like being a caregiver because at the end of the day I know for sure that I've made someone's day better or made it a little less stressful for them just by doing what I love. I am very proud of achieving and obtaining my cna license on my first time taking the clinical and written board exam. I am a very friendly, caring, outgoing person perfect for my patients needs.
