I am personable and enjoy being a home care provider. I became a caregiver because I wanted to help others by assisting them with their activities of daily living. I enjoyed caring for many seniors over the years and learned quite a lot from them. I believe I'm a great caregiver because I have had extensive training in a skilled nursing facility as well as in many private homes. I also enjoy seeing the difference that I often make in people's lives. I became a nursing assistant back in 1982 and acquired my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license at the convalescent hospital where I worked. I then went on to work for several home care agencies and acquired my Certified Home HeaIth Aide (CHHA) license. I have worked as an independent contractor caregiver for years. I am willing to commute for full-time employment. I have great references and will be happy to submit them upon request.

Love working with elderly people giving my time to helping others get the best quality of life. Working with the elderly is like walking through a chapter in history. I wanted to make a difference in elderly lives.

My expertise lies in assisting geriatric patients with activities of daily living. What attracted me to become a caregiver is that I would like to make a difference in people's lives. The thing I enjoy most about being a caregiver is providing companionship and assisting people with care. A personal achievement that I am proud of is becoming an LVN as a single parent.

I will perform light housekeeping, but I am not seeking a full housekeeping position. I will help navigate some personal care, but I am not licensed/qualified to provide in-depth home health services or to handle significant personal hygiene care. While not in any "formal" capacity, I have been caregiving for 30+ years. I have successfully raised 4 children as a stay at home mom - while running a successful in home child care business. I have offered a wide-ranging variety of help to friends/family through the years. My best caregiving accomplishment was helping my friend during her cancer journey...now that I am retired from full time administrative employment - I wish to do more of "that" for others.

Hello my name is Christine I have been a care giver my whole life ..I started out by taking care of a little girl with spinabifada for 3 years she was a neighbor. I watched Francesca from a new born till 3 in a half...She had lots of surgeries shunt put in and replaced ...she had to use a cathiter couldn't really walk did lots of physical therapy with her...I loved taking care of her ..I follow her on Facebook still..she is 35 now...Then I took care of my mother , brothers and little sister my mom has had lots of medical problems..I use to take care of a little girl name Mary and her sister but Mary had Ceribal Palsy she required alot of care watch her 40 hours aweek well her mom was in nursing school...Then I took care of a man in his 70s who was legally blind...I cooked and cleaned for him took him shopping read his mail for him ..I raised 4 children 3 boys and my beautiful daughter I adopted from Russia...I took care of my grandma who lived with me for 8 years...She had a stroke and dragged her foot alittle she passed away 5 years ago...I started working at All for u home care because I love and need to take care of people.. Taking care of someone gives me purpose and makes me happy ...

I take pride in my work. Im empathic and I have a compassionate heart for helping people. I have taken care of my mother for years who is sick and elderly. I also have kids with disabilities. I'm patient, kind, loving, loyal, dependable and reliable. I have 15+ years of caregiving. Providing transportation, assistance and companionship to clients. Clean and organize patients living quarters. I also perform household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, dusting, washing dishes, vacuuming/mopping. Run errands, perform medication management and appointment assistance. Rehabilitation support and physical therapy and exercise as well. Being of service is what I enjoy the most about caregiving. I am proud of meeting their various needs and help them maintain their independence and maintaining a high quality level of care to my clients. Enriching their lives is my goal.

My name is Elaine and I'm a great caregiver because, after looking after my father who had Alzheimer's for four years, I have the kind of experience and genuine compassion for seniors that I would want if I were looking for a caregiver. I have completed my CNA training, and am CPR certified. I've also completed several certificate courses in Safety, Memory Care, etc.. Safety is my number one priority. I'm all about fall prevention and have developed techniques to keep my clients as mobile and self-sufficient as possible while keeping them safe at the same time. For me, looking after elders is a privilege. I think that in this sometimes youth-obsessed culture, we can forget how much we all owe to the Greatest Generation. I love to talk to my clients about their experiences, their children, the music they loved, and anything else that brings a smile to their faces! From my father I learned about the music and culture of the 30's, 40's and 50's, and I love it when my clients sing their favorite songs or talk about what movies they liked from those days.
