I am personable and enjoy being a home care provider. I became a caregiver because I wanted to help others by assisting them with their activities of daily living. I enjoyed caring for many seniors over the years and learned quite a lot from them. I believe I'm a great caregiver because I have had extensive training in a skilled nursing facility as well as in many private homes. I also enjoy seeing the difference that I often make in people's lives. I became a nursing assistant back in 1982 and acquired my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license at the convalescent hospital where I worked. I then went on to work for several home care agencies and acquired my Certified Home HeaIth Aide (CHHA) license. I have worked as an independent contractor caregiver for years. I am willing to commute for full-time employment. I have great references and will be happy to submit them upon request.

I became a caregiver to help others live a life to the fulliest in a happy safe environment with hope and happiness, I love seeing people feel good doing what they enjoy and seeing them smile. I have a wonderful family with three children all grown successfull and happy.

I grew up in a family of ten children and my grand mother lived with us. There was always things to do, people to care for. I loved it! And I still do today! I am available for two 24 hr shifts per week , or full time work, or part time evenings, weekens, eves, or night. I've been caring for others professionally for twelve years. Over the years, I have acquired my HIPAA certification, studied home health, and even on the presidents list in my medical assisting studies which will be ongoing. Our elderly have worked hard all their lives and need to be respected for their wisdom, honored for their experiences and cherished for them selves. I've been a caregiver over 20yrs. I enjoy taking care of people. Specially the elders of are nation. They have taken care of us to make are lives easier and comfortably, so I think they deserve to be taken care of in their golden years. I hope my generation of caregivers leads a good example for are future nurses. So when I'm in my golden years I'm taken care of with the same respect and comfort i taught the future caregivers. I became a caregiver because I wanted to make the live of the elderly more enjoyable and humane. I have been a personal C.N.A. for an 84 year old gentalman for a little over a year. He went to live with family. I assisted with all ADL's and meals, laundry, medications, doctors apt., house keeping. I am a very dependable, trustworthly, and devoted to my work.
