Caregiving is a very personal job, still I find ways to incorporate love, humor, cheerfulness, fun, hope, trust and optimism into my care. I look forward to building a close relationship with my clients and their family. I love that I get the opportunity to listen and learn about thier lives as it allows me to live vicariously through their many adventures, life accomplishments and travels. I find capturing their legacy most fascinating...respecting their dignity. Lastly and most importantly, meeting them when/where they need it most in their life's journey... be it a speedy recovery or their last chapter in the book of life.

I am a very loyal caregiver. I started my career taking care of my elderly mother until her last breath. Though I put my life on hold to care for my mother, it was a time I consider to be a blessing. It began my love for care giving. The most recent Home Care Provider was for a client-friend I served for over 7 years. I cared for him up until his very last breath. In the 7 years I worked for him I never called in sick. I feel my expertise is adapting to the clients needs not just in the physical, but emotionally, and by way of companionship. I enjoy the career of care-giving because it truly is a career that is far reaching and meaningful beyond my imagination.

I have been a caregiver 18 years and completely love my job. I have worked in a few facilities as a(cna) but I love to provide care in home working one on one with my client. I take pride in going that extra mile to make my client and there family happy. I have a very flexible schedule which opens me to varies shifts . Growing up I've always had a passion caring for others. When I was 16 my mother was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer (currently 24). I knew at that moment healthcare was my calling. I helped with transportation to doctors appointments, grocery shopping, toileting, dressing, grooming, bathing, and providing emotional care. I've worked in a senior home previously. I have experience working with a variety of different health problems (physical and mental). I proudly hold a CNA title and also BLS certified. The same love and care I provided for my mother and residents is the same love and care I can provide for you or your loved one.

I bacame a caregiver because I like to help people and also to meet new people. You learn something new everyday. I like that you get to spend one on one time with a person and to get to know them more. I enjoy what I do, I am also cpr/first aid certified and recently bcame a DSP. I am very patient, friendly, caring, and fun to get along with and very easy going.

I took that opportunity 6 yrs ago and I've been a Caregiving ever since. I like to think that I have a natural approach when it comes to caring for someone. There's no better feeling than being able to assist someone (who otherwise struggles on their own) in accomplishing their daily life's tasks.
