Hello! My name is Cassie, and I live in Modesto, CA. and have more than 30 years experience. I trained as a SNA(Student Nurse Assistant) back in July of 1990 and became a CNA(Certified Nurse Assistant) in September of 1990. I have worked for many years in Nurse Registries, convalescent hospitals, hospitals, and private homes before returning to school and pursuing other interests until my children grew up. As my children got older I eventually pursued my dream by becoming a one on one State Certified Private Home Care Aide. I have continued working as a CHCA since October 2011 and have enjoyed learning and growing with my clients as well as their families all while Iearninq to care for their needs in a way they have come to appreciate. I LOVE my work and I will continue to do my work until I can no longer be of service to my clients. I have received many compliments from my clients as well as Supervisors from previous company of 12 years and throughout the years of being certified and I will always put the needs of my client first.

Greetings, My name is La-Keesha and I've been a care provider for 25 years thus far. I started assisting with the needs of family members and took it a bit further outside of my family. I started volunteering my free time in facilities and started asking if I could be of service to the residents that lived there. Once I began doing small tasks I took a liking to it and soon realized there truly was a bigger need in the community. I then became a caregiver and I love helping others especially if it allows them to be independent in their own home. I'm trustworthy, compassionate, and very reliable. I love putting smiles on people's faces.

I am a fun and outgoing social person . I enjoy helping with taking care of the elderly because I enjoy hearing about their own experiences with what they did in their own lives and hearing their own stories about how they grew up what attracted me to become a caregiver is I enjoy helping individuals in a time of need where they feel most vulnerable and need someone to talk to and socialize with when they feel alone. I enjoy being a caregiver because I find this job really rewarding and fun. Ever since I was 10 yrs old I love helping the elderly ,wash their dishes ,wash clothes,sweeping,moping , it's something that I loved to do, I would talk and listen to them about the past it really interested me to hear their stories. I like to interact and bond with my patient ,encourage respect,and give them privacy as possible without leaving them unattended.I am a compassionate,dedicated,patiently,positive,caring person, never take advantage of his or her vulnerability or allow anyone else to do so.

There are personality traits that I have being compassionate, respectful and good listener to my clients. I have a medical background in Nursing that is very important in taking care of someone who suffered chronic and other health issues. Most importantly, I devoted myself for being a caregiver. I have so many years work experiences in taking care of clients and I really enjoy doing it. I'm really good in taking care of somebody with dementia or memory loss and Alzheimer's (10 years experience). In addition, I know how to follow directions and instructions with my clients.

I am a compassionate individual who loves to help and improve the quality of life of others. I have seven siblings, two dogs, and I love hiking and reading in my spare time. I have an Associate in Health Science; Associate in Interdisciplinary Studies: Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences; an Associate in Science and Mathematics; and I have just completed my Associate in Registered Nursing.
