I am from the Dominican Republic, l have 34 years old, l speak Spanish and English Fluently. l am a mother of 3 children 2,3 and 11 years old l am a very happy person compassionate and loving.

I have been a certified CNA and Caregiver for 17 years. I earned my High School Diploma in 2006 and also went to Goodwin College; majoring in Human Services with a GPA of 3.59. I am also CPR, First Aid and meds certified. I love and enjoy working with the elderly and not so elderly. I enjoy listening to their stories and wisdom and their understanding. I like to treat people the way I want to be treated. I also have respect for everyone's culture, religion and sexual orientation. I also treat people with kindness, respect and dignity.

I believe that my expertise is treating each one of the clients as how i would want to be treated with respect and to know that they matter. What attracted me to be a caregiver is my great grand mother who live until she was 100 years old. Caring for people, i love it when i can see a smile. Learning how to care and be patient with others.

I am a CNA with in home care experience as well as nursing home experience. I have worked with elderly residents and also the mentally challenged. My favorite part about being a caregiver is helping people maintain a sense of independence as well as being there to lend a helping hand.

I have 18 years of caregiver experience. I have a CNA for about 15 years. I started caring for folks because back in Africa, we care for our family members so it has been something in my nature to care for people. When I care for elderly folks, I treat them as if they were my family members. I've worked with all types of senior patients. Most patients have conditions of stroke, dementia, mentally challenged patients, cancer patient, hospice etc.

My level of expertise is like no other; Effortlessly, I always go above and beyond for my clients. Ever since the age of five years old when my Mom asked me what I wanted to become and my answer was "Mom, I want to be a Doctor because I want to take care of old people and I love them" and of course she laughed. Years later I ended up in numerous occupations, but at the end I found my way back to nursing (smile)- Need I say more? It gives me great pleasure to listen to the elderly. Moreover, their stories are precious and rare each unique experience that "cannot" be replaced (priceless commodity) and most importantly the joy and knowledge it gives me deep within (humbled). Looking back on all my choices I can honestly say that I have no regrets; Especially, since it has mold my life and made me who I am today. My mother would have been proud of me when I achieved my licensed (CNA) and knowing that it does not stop there since I was already enrolled in a nursing program in College and eventually I will go back since I took a long break after she passed. In conclusion, I love what I do and work for me is (never) work since my passion is caring for the elderly (smile)-
