I became a caregiver because I grew up with my great grandmother as a child and cared for her as she declined thus made me realized how helpless and fragile the elderly can become. The love she gave us was inspiring and that helped me to pass it on to others in my care. 2. What I like about being a caregiver is it gives me a sense of satisfaction knowing that I'm enhancing someone's life. 3. I had a patient that was critically ill, the doctors gave up on her, I cared for her and she lived for 11 years, she died at 106 years old.
I love helping people and being a caregiver give me a great send of accomplishment. The persons that I have work with true the years have enrich my life as I there. I return back to school and completed my C.N.A certification and I'm also a Medical assistant. I have a current FL C.N.A LIC . 1-Why did you become a Caregiver? .I became a caregiver, because of my grandmother. I was raised by her till she passed away. I learned a lot from her, and how to care for multicultures and multipersonalities. 2- What do you like about being a Caregiver? I like to turn a lonely feeling, down spirit and face, Into a feeling at home again, a right up spirit. 3-What is a personal achievement you are proud of ? One of my personal achievements is when one of my past patients was out of wipes and gloves, I didn't think twice I just got a warm wet cloth, no gloves in hand and started the perinal care gently. 4-Tell us something about yourself. I am caring, respectful, honest, trustworthy, and attentive to all.

I became a caregiver because I love working with the edlery and help others that can not help them selfs. My name is Kiara Quarless I have more than 7 years working at nursing home. I like work with people because I love to help others and I like when someone is happy and smile. I'm very friendly and professional with my work. I'm here to help when the patient need helps to be comfortable and happy . I worked at different state in USA.
I have worked in a nursing home in the Netherlands for over 7 years, taking care of elderly having Alzheimer's. I can prepare food and help the patients eating, bathing, take them to the restroom and in/out of bed and all additional activities like companionship. I have references (in Dutch) available and can, I needed, arrange a call with my former MD in the Netherlands. I am flexible on working hours but preferably not more than 25 hours per week. I am a Thai native and my English is good although not fluent (my Dutch is good as well). I have a US Greencard and social security number. PS: I am NOT a licensed nurse. When I live in NYC from 2008 till june 2017 I worked in Retail and afterwards as a nanny (reference available). Since June I live in Miami-Brickell and, as I am passionate about taking care of elderly, I like to work again with elderly now.
