As a caregiver in the field of medical, I am a Dedicated home health aide , Med Tech who also obtained CPR is willing to obtain a position in you're home with my good interpersonal and communication skills of over 8 years of experience in this field. I will be able to confidently deal with all the level of people working in the organization. I would put all my efforts in research and development of present health care system. And also obtain a position in a Health Care Facility where I can utilize my skills, knowledge and experience to provide quality health care. I enjoy working with people and mostly enjoy jobs where i can have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoy taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel that I can get along well with a variety of elders. I like doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life.

I am a very Compassionate person that loves taking care of people in General. I started caring for my Step Grandma when my Step Dad had passed away. I had this older woman needing my help and while I thought it would be a bother, happen to change how I thought about it. I loved being able to take her out to lunch and shopping. Knowing she had someone there to talk to and play cards with helped me see the Career change I needed to seek out. I love being around to talk to the elder and hear their stories. l love knowing they can depend on me to be there when they might have no one. My Personal Achievement I am most proud of is Making a Career Change and going to get my Home Health Aide Certificate.
