Hi my name is Danielle Jones , What makes me a great caregiver is that I am passionate in my work I love what I do which is being able to help people and making someone smile. Also I'm outgoing , hard worker and reliable. What made me become a caregiver was when I was younger my dad took care of my grandfather and I used to help out it was nice being able to help him and keep him going while he was here. What I like about being a caregiver is that I'm able to help some but also it benefits me as well , who wouldn't want to get paid doing something they love lol . An personal achievement I am proud of is graduating , in obtain my cna license and also being able to take care and make my son happy.

I come from a big family my mother had 10 kids. I was always the helper of my mother. I took care of my siblings and it stuck with me. Just the comfort i give my clients and families keeps me going. Because I'm into the person not only into my work, I really love being creative meaning always finding was to use arts ,crafts, puzzles plus I'm alert concerning the needs of the person I'm a great listener I always remember this saying treat people the way you would like to be treated and it will come back to you. I enjoy having conversation with different people because I'm very teachable plus I've been told I'm the best caregiver the company had this isn't just a job for me its relationships being build with the individuals that I meet I haven't met a client that was dissatisfied with my work yet and I've been doing this for while and I love it. Yes you have challenging clients but the first this I would say is that I'm sorry that your feeling this way today what can we do to make this a better day and if this doesn't work I'll get a book of there choice or a puzzle I will try all I know to get though until something work I'm a person that study peoples action, body language and moods so I will know when something isn't right things I've achieved is knowing that I give my all in taking care of a life that is entrusted in my hands and I don't take that for granted you never know someone might have to take care of me. My name is Rhoda and I'm from Coralville, Iowa. I am currently a third year psychology major at FAMU and I love working in patient care.
