I am a patient and compassionate LPN and caregiver. Originally, I was a caregiver for infants and toddlers from 6 weeks to 3 years of age for several years. I have an associate degree in early childhood education specializing in infant and toddler care. I became a LPN to sharpen my skills and knowledge and to better serve the elderly population. I enjoy being of service and helping others.
I became a LPN in the 80's I've worked in assisted living facilities, wound care nurse in nursing home,my most experience has been in home health care, administering med, following doctor's orders.preparing/setting up their daily meds, communicating with family member about patients care, basically forming a relationship with my patient.worked in a hospital setting in all areas providing nursing care for the patient.I have done a lot of nursing in most areas, hoping to continue providing care for those who may need my help.
I am a great care giver, because l am passionate about the elderly in our society living their best life in their homes. I have been a care giver for 25 plus years. Fifteen of those years I have worked in the metro Atlanta area, with clients who needed different levels of care, post operative , dementia, stroke, diabetic management and much more. Reference can be done upon request.
Not only is nursing my career, but it's my passion. With almost 10 years of care giving experience, helping my clients back to good health and making a difference in their live is motivation for me to continue on this path. I am currently an LPN in school to become an RN with ambitions of one day soon opening a healthcare facility. I have home health experience as well as hospice experience. The last three years I have worked in a nursing home and I absolutely love seeing the smiles on the residents' face each morning/evening I arrive and leave. I assisted in taking care of my grandmother at home before she passed away and I am currently doing the same for my grandfather. With that being said, I find myself able to put myself in the position of my clients' family members and provide the support and comfort they may need as well.

I have been in nursing for over 40 years, a lpn for 23 years. My most personal achievement is that I have recently retired after 40 years of service. I like being a caregiver for the interaction of people. I spent the last 13 years as a provider of care and an educator. I loved it. I have always been interested in caregiving and nursing as a little girl. My mom and great aunts are nurses and I just sort of followed tradition.
I HAVE BEEN A LPN FOR 24 YEARS. AT THIS TIME I AM GOING BACK TO SCHOOL FOR MY RN LICENSES. OUT OF 24 YEARS OF NURSE I HAVE A EXTREMELY CLEAN RECORD AND I LOVE WORKING WITH OTHERS. ALWAYS BEING HELPFUL TO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY. I AM ABLE TO TAKE COMPLETE CARE OF MY CLIENT NO MATTER WHAT THE CONDITION MAY BE.
I chose to become a care giver from passed experience rendering cares for my disabled father who needed around the clock assistance. I am also mother who pays every attention to care giving. I love to render assistance to humanity. What I like about care giving is the fact Ithat I can show love through care giving. I can bring smiles and hopes in the lives of my clients and their families. I can bring calm and laughter in a therapeutic manner to quell my patients anxieties. One of my proudest achievement was during my last assignment working with a five old child who was diagnosed with down syndrome ,with feeding tube. This child had all the complications you could imagine. He was constantly removing his tube, could not eat solid food nor ingest anything by mouth. I personally took on the challenge to care for this child. Within six months, this child started to ingest some form of solid food. By eleven month, this child was completely wean off of Gtube feedings. The entire ordeal was difficult and time consuming, but I was very proud of our achievement. The parents were greatfull to see their child's progress. I am a LPN/CNA, married and a mother of three. I recently relocated here in snellville Ga from Pennsylvania. Currently trying to endorse my LPN license to Georgian. I am a pr
