Hello, my name is Nariah Bowie. I am a wonderful caregiver with a few years of experience. I've taken care of multiple family members. I have lots of experience in In-Home care and have been recognized for my reliability and great support. I am a natural born care-giver. I grew up emotionally taking care of my mom who had a mental illness. From there I became a stay at home mom nurturing and sacrificing for the welfare of my child. It is a trait that comes natural and automatically. I have cared for many individuals as a care-giver/house keeper over the years. My longest job was caring for a bed ridden elderly farmer in deep depression. He did not talk, wore diapers, did not walk and aspirated when he ate so his food had to be pureed. I stayed with him for 2 years until his death. I am attracted to the home atmosphere where it is more comfortable to care for an individual in their familiar environment. I am a very empathetic, nurturing person who tries to treat others the way I want to be treated. I have proved to be trustworthy and dependable.

I became a caregiver because i care about people. I help took care of older relatives and friends. I have a passionate to help others. I enjoy the companionship and being able to make difference in the client life. I enjoy getting clients up and moving around and being more social. I've working in medical field most of my work history. I did Nursing years ago. I have 17 years of Pharmacy . I've worked in foster care for 21 years. I do Home Nursing now, I have one client that I've had for 4 1/2 years. I've work with ADHD severe,Autisium,handicap wheelchair dependant. I help with meals,feeding errands,grooming,bathing,toileting,transferring.

I became a caregiver because I like taking care of people. I love people of all ages. I like being a caregiver because I like serving people. A personal achievement that I'm proud of is getting my CNA license. I'm a proud grandmother of 6. I enjoy horseback riding and volleyball.

As a mother of three US Marine sons, I too believe in honor, courage, and commitment. I strived to be the best role model for my grown children, all five of them, and am honored by their great contributions to our great country. My passions in life include being physically fit, active, reading, furniture restorations, and as much good old fashioned humor and laughter available! With my experience as a CNA and previous twelve years as an EMT for the Atlanta area, I am very capable and prepared for any job. I have 6+ years experience in the medical field. I do not have a CNA license but I am a medical assistant and also CPR/ first aide certified. I have worked with all ages and have had several private sitting jobs with elderly patients.
