Hello My name is Toniette Plummer. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant. I have over 20 years of Experience of taking care of the Elderly. I truly enjoy taking care of people and making sure they are safe and get the care they need.

What I like about being a Caregiver is the diversity of my clients, everyone has a different story and background. I love to listen about their lives, accomplishments, family and loved ones. It's like watching a Classic tale of another time and these stories become part of my life, parts not to be forgotten. I love to put not only my heart into my work, but my sensitivity, compassion, laughter,attentiveness and honest character as well. I have worked with some challenging cases like Alzheimer's, Cancer patient's, Stroke patient's and other types of illnesses. I am thankful for the opportunity to have worked with and known my patient's, not just as patient's, but we became friends as well, and I was there when they needed me. I have been a CNA/Home Health Aid for several years, currently my license is inactive, but I still retain all the skills necessary to perform an outstanding job for you. I love to be a Caregiver and am thankful The Lord allowed such experiences in my life. I am also thankful that you have the chance to know alittle about myself now, and I'd like you to feel assured that I will do my upmost in all aspects of your care. What makes me a great caregiver is that I care about my clients I look at them more than a client ,I consider them family I do my job with passion I love taking care of people. I became a caregiver after I took care of my grandmother before she passed away. When I took care my grandmother she gave me a different look at life and how precious it is and the love ones in your family.I love everything about being a caregiver.My personal achievement is being able to take care of someone and being a blessing in their life and family life and the impact that I bring

My personality traits are what makes me a very compassionate care giver, I'm understanding I don't get upset easily and I'm a great listener. The reason I became a health care giver is because my grandfather was put on hospice care and I would help the hospice nurses care for him being only 8 years old I seen the care he was given and I wanted to return that love to others. My favorite part about being a care giver is being able to get to know my patients really build a bond with them. I love giving care to others and being able to make a difference in their lives . One personal achievement of mine is receiving my Certified Nursing Assistant License it was the happiest day of my life.

I am a enthusiastic, dedicated, compassionate, loyal Personal Care Assistant. I have 3 years of experience and know all the tricks and trades to being a great companion for the elderly. I am 23 years of age and I have cpr certifications and am PCA certified. I aim to make the last year's of their lives the best years

I am compassionate, personable, experienced and patient. I got an after school job as a dietary aide at local nursing home and I really enjoyed it! I went on to get my CNA the same month I finished high school. I knew that was what I wanted to do. One thing that I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to help others, it gives me a sense of purpose and like I can make a difference. I must say often times they touch my life and much as I touch theirs.

I believe that I am a great caregiver for several reason. I love to help others as well as helping others help themselves. I believe in seeing fit that each person I come across is well taken care of by meeting all of their needs to the very best of my ability. The proper care of any if my residents is my number one priority followed by respect and proper communication! I have a passion for the elderly and I love to be there for them as they were there for others when they good get around and do things "giving back" is what I'd call it! What I like most about working with older individuals is the having the opportunity to make their day and see that smile that warms my heart to know I made them feel good or just plain out happy! I really don't have any personal achievements except the fact that once I have captured ones heart they tell me how much they appreciate me and love me that means a lot and is something I think is a good enough achievement!

I became a caregiver almost 3 years ago after caring for my mother with Huntington's, and my sister with spina bifida. I love being a caregiver and helping others when needed.. whether r be adls, just chatting or whatever.
