I became a Caregiver because of my grandmother. She is getting older and has Dementia, so I am always by her side trying to help her remember things and doing daily activities with her. When I started my Carrier I decided to join Medical Line.Back home in India I became med. Lab. Tech and served in a 500 bedded American Hospital for 37 yrs.Served seniors in US for 13 pyears as care giver/Med.Tech.From.childhood I had passion and mercy for sick,needy and old people.I am enjoying my job.I want live-in-Job-.At present I Have renewed all my certifications, as CPR,First Aid,CMT,CNA,GNA. It's hard for me to talk about myself. I been in the Healthcare field for over 20 years. Since what i do comes naturally. I don't know what to say. I have a passion for healthcare and I enjoy caring for seniors. I like working with them because they are full of wisdom. And caring for them is a honor to me. I became a CNA because my great grandmother passed away in her long-term living facility due to poor malpractice. I like being a CNA because I can assist those in need while putting a smile on their faces. I have worked in a rehabilitation and living facility center for more than a year. I have volunteered for two other facilities out side of my city as well as worked with children NB-HS ages. A personal achievement I am proud of is that I have came from a very unpleasant poor past and blossomed into a very upmost successful present life leading into my future. I also hold multiple other medical licenses which are, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Certified Electrocardiogram Technician, Certified Phlebotomy Technician and a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant. Something about myself is that I love to learn, I've never smoked or drank and I try my best to enjoy life to the fullest with an open mind.

I Believe my most valuable qualities in this role are patience, compassion, empathy, dependability, and being present. As a caregiver in any health care setting, you should be able to go beyond and above to assist the individuals that you are taking care of. I have always wanted to make a difference in someone else's life. And being a healthcare provider, you are offering self-service help to others that will significantly impact the people you provide these services to. That alone gives me a sense of humor and makes me want to do more. I have always wish been a caregiver because it is a unique feeling that you get from helping those that need your help. One of my achievements is advancing my skills and knowledge so I can offer a better quality of care to others.

I am very sensitive to the needs of anyone in any capacity that needs assistance when they are unable to do for themselves, or due to an accident or medical condition, their entire lives have been changed from being independent to now relying on someone else. I am very accommadating and observe a residents needs before a sitiation occurs. I become familiar to a residents' likes,dislikes, habits, how they like things done a certain way or seen a certain way. I enjoy offering any assistsance that I can, from running errands to offering companionship to walking the family pet.
