I became a caregiver because I grew up around my oldest sister who is a nurse. I love to see the smile on people faces when they feel better. I like to make them feel love and comfortable. I want to be treated the way I will treat them. I'm a friendly, good sense of humor ,hard working ,trustworthy and easy to get along with others. I am available 6pm -6am week days and any time weekends.

I'm a great choice because I have been taking care of others since I was small. From assisting with the care of several relatives battling cancer. To my work with adult with various disabilities. To the care I provide daily to my now adult son with a disability. Taking care of others is my passion. I'm also a Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Technician , Phlebotomist, CPR and 1st Aid certified .

I am a compassionate care giver with 8-10 years experience working with clients of all age group; I had worked with geriatric and adolescent population through out most of my career; I had also helped Alzheimer's patients, patient with early / late dementia, bed ridden client as well as behavioral health client like major depression, bipolar disorder, adhd and much more . I became a Caregiver because of my grandmother. She is getting older and has Dementia, so I am always by her side trying to help her remember things and doing daily activities with her. Being a Caregiver is the greatest job I could of ever do because I am helping others out and communicating with them making them feel happy. A personal achievement would be making someone feel good about theirselves on a daily basis. I am a 24 year old and I have almost 2 years worth of caregiver experience under my belt . Im Certified in CPR and AED, Certified in Medication Technician, Certified in Alzheimer's and Mental Health. Also Certified in Personal Care Aide. I also just obtained a certificate in MRSA and Infection Precautions. I'm a very loving and a caring person, and very social.

Growing up, every great grandparent, and grandparent on both sides of my family, suffered from the Alzheimer's gene. I watched and assisted with their care and witnessed their deterioration my entire childhood and adult life. Naturally, I sought genetic testing and learned I am a carrier of the gene. I am pursuing a career in medicine with a double major in Biology (for Pre-Med) and Neurosciences (studying regressive neurological diseases and mental disorders). I am also a mom of 2. I enjoy providing companionship care and have extensive experience (both personal and professional) and knowledge of senior care and dementia/Alzheimer's. I provide the same care to families that I would give to my own. I'm a driven, passionate person who enjoys reading, outdoor activities of any kind, and am an avid believer that anything is possible if we set out to achieve it. I hope that I can give your family peace of mind and comfort your loved ones in their time of need.

I became a CNA because my great grandmother passed away in her long-term living facility due to poor malpractice. I like being a CNA because I can assist those in need while putting a smile on their faces. I have worked in a rehabilitation and living facility center for more than a year. I have volunteered for two other facilities out side of my city as well as worked with children NB-HS ages. A personal achievement I am proud of is that I have came from a very unpleasant poor past and blossomed into a very upmost successful present life leading into my future. I also hold multiple other medical licenses which are, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Certified Electrocardiogram Technician, Certified Phlebotomy Technician and a Certified Medical Administrative Assistant. Something about myself is that I love to learn, I've never smoked or drank and I try my best to enjoy life to the fullest with an open mind.

It's hard for me to talk about myself. I been in the Healthcare field for over 20 years. Since what i do comes naturally. I don't know what to say. I have a passion for healthcare and I enjoy caring for seniors. I like working with them because they are full of wisdom. And caring for them is a honor to me. My area of expertise are Med/Surg, Mental Health, Oncology , geriatric care. Skills in ADL's,EKG, Glucose machine, IV therapy and Blood draws. Cared for patient with chronic health condition like heart disease, Diabetes, Stroke, cancer and arthritis. Patient safety is important to me. A clean, loving environment help patient heal better..

I am very sensitive to the needs of anyone in any capacity that needs assistance when they are unable to do for themselves, or due to an accident or medical condition, their entire lives have been changed from being independent to now relying on someone else. I am very accommadating and observe a residents needs before a sitiation occurs. I become familiar to a residents' likes,dislikes, habits, how they like things done a certain way or seen a certain way. I enjoy offering any assistsance that I can, from running errands to offering companionship to walking the family pet.
