I became a caregiver because I love helping elderly and sick people. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid and have ten years of experience working with sick and elderly people. I'm a very clean and passionate person who can perform the following tasks by myself: tube feeding, Hoya lift, bs monitoring, and vs. I can help patients get into bed, eat, and bathe/shower. I am also more than willing to do light housekeeping.

I treat all my clients with respect and dignity thru there most vulnerable times.I will treat all my clients as I would my own mom. I have old fashion morals and values with kindness and love for all.

I became a caregiver since 1993 when I graduated from a Teachers Training College back in my country Cameroon and started teaching in a kindergarten and middle school respectively for 12 years before travelling to the USA in 2006. I have worked with many people with dementia, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke etc. I did my best to care for them, tolerating and being patient. So I achieved patience and tolerance which is still helping me now when I have to give care.

I became a care giver because I like helping others. I like that feeling of knowing I am doing something that is beneficial to someone else, and I receive nothing but their satisfaction and smile. What makes me a good care giver is that I have much experience and I have grown up watching my mother take care of others, she worked for an agency where she brought her individuals home over night, not only did I get to watch and learn I got to help as well. I fell in love with taking care of others watching my mother do her job. I have all of my certifications - medical technician, CPR, and First Aid - they are all still good until July of 2016. I have worked with non verbal individuals as well, and wether they are verbal or non verbal I am always able to learn them and see what they prefer.
