I have always had a heart for caring for people but my passion grew stronger when my mother passed away. I love being able to help a love one with everyday living. Not only assisting them with everyday care but keeping them as independent as possible. There are many things that keep me interested in being a caregiver but the most important one,I can be there for someone else's love one. My mother was an LPN ,I learned a lot from her about being a caregiving. Taught me how to be compassionate loving ,caring ,strong and patient.I Lost my Husband to cancer two years ago, I took care of him , After he passed I knew, I wanted to do care giving again to bring some sort of joy and happiness to others in need.

I've been caring for the elderly all of my adult life. Through HHA, CNA, and RN, my focus of care has not wavered. I am easy to get along with and happy to provide whatever is needed. I have experience with caregiving for those who require all levels of skilled and non-skilled care: para/quadriplegic, post-op, colostomy, G-tube, diabetic, Alzheimer's, stroke, CHF, Parkinson's, MS, ALS, and much more. As an RN, I am well trained to closely monitor and provide knowledgeable assessments and skilled medical interventions to patients needing a higher degree of care. I am happy to do anything that is asked of me. I provide all personal care, range-of-motion exercises, medication administration, dressings/wound healing, cleaning, cooking, maintaining ongoing communication with doctors and other healthcare professionals, provide transportation, accompany on travels, and anything else that is needed.

I'm 24 years old and have been a caregiver for 5 years. I have a family who are all medicine related. I work with a wide variety of people and will do anything to get a smile.

I am quite new to being a caregiver, however I am a quick learner, and love to help people.
