Hello my name is Danielle Davenport and I've been a CNA since 2011. I decided to become a CNA when I use to help the elderly with things when I was little and I always loved doing it. What I like most about it is to see the big smiles on their faces when my job is done. Just to see them happy makes me happy.

I have eighteen years experience as a Certified Nurses Assistant/ care giver. Also certified to administer medication in assisted living facilities. I obtained an Associated Degree in Medical Office Administration in 2011. Immediately after graduation I started a home based private duty staffing business. Due to the failing economy I had to go back into the work force and I choose to continue working as a Certified Nurses Assistant because that is where my heart is.

I am a one on one person to give care for the individual, so i think it is important for every individual needs that personal care. What attracted me to personal care was when i was taken care of my Grandmother and saw when Hospice came in and then was when i wanted to take care of the individual. What i enjoy most is it is a great reward knowing that i made a difference in that persons life to give them the best that i can give from my heart. My Personal acheivement i am proud of is knowing the ones i have taken care of was satisfied with the care i have provided for them in a way that i was called to do.

Currently, I am looking for employment that will advance my education and career goals, as I recently completed courses to become a Nursing Assistant. I have experience working as an administrative assistant. In that position, I conveyed messages; transferred calls; copied pertinent information; e-mailed clients; put up flyers; as well as printed and organized documents. I also have experience working as a stocker for a major department store, where I was responsible for hanging clothes; checking sizes; and merchandising. Authorized to work in the US for any employer.Accomplishments I enjoyed working with my clients and my clients adored me i always was sweet to them maintained a positive attitude and was always helpful to them they always thanked me for my services and felt that i was a very positive worker and a role model to other up coming cna's.
