Empathetic and caring, fast learner, patient, professional and always punctual. I became a personal care assistant back in 2016 due to my mom being diagnosed with ALS, she is why I love my job she gave me the courage and love I needed and it's my promise to treat every client with the utmost respect. Being able to assist with everyday needs, personal care, medication assistance, assistance with physical therapy, and I also have a good amount of expierience with demetia Alzheimer's and depression and anxiety, daily excercise and staying hydrated is a huge deal with my clients. I'm proud of myself because for the past 5 years I've been a single mom and my family is very important to me, especially my oldest who went through chemotherapy for over a year and beat stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma. I stayed with him through his journey and I stayed strong and healthy through it all!!

Am patient, empathetic and compassionate with the elderly. I wanted to be a caregiver because i love taking care of people and also contributing positively to the society.

I became a Caregiver cause I lost my Daughter and Wanted to help People, I enjoy care for The Elderly, love to listen to there Stories ,how they Lived, how they Grew up, just Enjoy being around them, I love Helping People in Need.

I became a caregiver when I realized how much I loved assisting and helping elderly, as I do my own grandparents. I started out first with a private patient, a retired Firefighter, whom I acquired thru a family friend and became his full time CG! Once my job was longer needed I knew I had to get certified and back into the field, and that's where I found my first agency to work for. My greatest personality trait would have to be my smile and willingness to be an open ear to my patients. One of my personal achievements that I am proud of gaining along with being a certified HHA is graduating with my associates degree. I have to say what I enjoy the most being in the field is knowing I made a difference in my patient's or their families lives.

I help clients to maintain their independence as they age . It was during the period I cared for my mother I became a care giver be cause it gives me pleasure to see aging people happy. Since being a caregiver I have achieved a level of patience . It's my aim to treat client's with respect and be respected .

I enjoy assisting people and helping the elderly with general ADL's for example but not limited to showers, oralcare,haircuts,running errads,taking them to doctors appointments, laundry and preparing meals for the clients.

I have been a LNA for 30 yrs. I have been greatly rewarded by giving care and help to others who needed my help.

I love providing home caregiving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing.
