My first experience is when I started taking care of my grandmother 4 years ago Then I fall in love just knowing that I am able to help someone in there time of need if they can't help them self be a companion. working at the nursing home give me some good experience hands-on experience knowing that I am being able to help someone care for someone be there for them in their time of need and that's what's me that's what makes me happy. I am reliable, and hard working. I am also a Christian and believe in treating others the way I will want to be treated. I have been a caregiver since 2001. It is my life's work caring for those who cant care for themselves, or need assistance and is the one thing I can say Im well experienced in. I decided to become a caregiver because I realized there are people that need help due to no fault of their own. Life is unpredictable and I realize one day I will be the one who needs to be taken care of. I believe in karma and can only hope I will be cared for the same way I care for others. One thing I love about being a caregiver is I get to meet alot of great people with great stories and big hearts. One of my biggest dreams was to go back to school and advance my education. After having my first child, that dream was put on hold but im proud to say Ive managed to return to college and am now pursuing my degree.

When l was you I was very sick stayed in and out off hospitals , l have 4 siblings including my mom we are and was in the healthcare field. My objective is to assist the client to achieve his or her goal in get back on their feet as much as possible. What I love most about my job is a heartfelt thank you and seeing and improvement in healing.

I always take care of my patients the same away I'll would like someone to care for me! Taking care of elderly people is definitely my passion, I treat them with respect and love, and they never feel lonely! This is more than a job for me, I really dedicate my life to the person I'm caring for!

I'm a 30 year old mom of two boys. I've been in health care for 12 years now passing medication for 8 of those years. certified in CPR and diabetes and insulin. I've been trained in hospice and end of life comfort care. I enjoy everything about care giving! just knowing that i made someones day even a little better or put just a smile on there face makes my day. I'm big on family so I treat everyone that I take care of as if they are my family. I enjoy getting to meet and take care of new people and learning there life stories. everything is a learning experience and I'm proud of all the things that i have learned over these last 12 years because they made me a better care giver and mom.

1. I became a caregiver because I love helping people. I notice that many people in all walks of life really need help. I work with seniors because I love hearing about their stores of their life. If you show a little caring support people will start to loosen up too you. Showing empathy will carry you a long way and sometime I can be their support line to outside world. I always smile and be general toward people shows that you have a warm and caring heart. 2. Being a caregiver makes me smile knowing that people can still achieved their daily goals no matter what it is.
