Great Caregiver

I came to be in the healthcare field from my mom who was an RN and taking care of some of my immediate family and always been a caretaker. Since my 3+ years as an CNA I researched and met people on how I could bring the certification I received to others so traveled across the USA from NY to Idaho as an CNA in long term care facilities, also with private home care, because I want to give back to the Elderly. The experience of working with families, has given me a better perspective on life and the ability to handle any and all personalities, different levels of care, medical diagnosis. My professionalism is graceful and consistent with respect to whom I care for and their families.

I have 20 years experience and I love what I do. I have great references and will provide those upon request. I began my career in the health care field by taking care of my grandmother and it became personal to me. I care for my patients as if they are my own family members. I am C.P.R. First Aid and C.N.A. certified. I have also worked with over 40 families to add to those credentials. I am very compassionate as to my performance and have never been let go by any client to date. I have a lot of experience with dementia,alheimzers and a whole lot more. I have also worked with children with disabilities and have done a lot of different kinds of care. I take my job very personal. I also worked at Edwin shaw rehab for 6 months I'm still prn as needed I go help out

Hello,I'm a nursing student just looking to help people take care of their love one's in their time of need. I'm very easy going,caring,loving,generous,respectful,and honest. I've always wanted to be in health care since the age of 3. When I was in high school my mother had a stroke & I helped her with recovering. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is the bond that you develop with your client. The achievement that I'm proud of most was finishing my medical assistant program with honors (3.5gpa)

I orginally received my STNA in 1990 when I was a freshman in high school, and I have been doing that type of work since. I absolutely love taking care of people, helping them in their time of need, meeting their needs in advance, organizing their life and being a companion and a friend. I love what I do and am very passionate about it.

I love working with people and cheering them up as well as helping them where it us.needed. I also like to find dun things that the resiidents and l can do like sining playing games etc.

I have been working in a nursing home, home health or hospice setting since I was 19 and I am now 26! I love getting to know people and have an outgoing personality! I also have my STNA License!

what help me be a great caregiver is my compassion for the elderly and for people who need assistance with things they arent able to do anymore ,helping them feel comfortable ,treating them how i would want to be treated .making sure they are just as important to me as if they was my own family member .making sure they feel loved and to never feel less then what they are because they are very important to us all and deserve to be treated great !we are blessed to have them here !to still be apart of the world and our lives .what attracted me to be a caregiver was my granny being in an facility and how she was treated that day at 12 years old i knew i wanted to do whats right for her .and any eldery or anybody that need assistance with their lives from here on out .i wanted to be one of the people to show others that you dont have to be related or it dont have to be a friend to feel obligated to help and comfort .what i enjoy about being a caregiver is being able to be apart of someones life ,to be able to help them and show compassion that someone else do care .they send butterflies to my heart .i enjoy working with them ,i enjoy laughing with them and having great conversations .i enjoy taking in and learning from them i enjoy being the person they can count on and that will always be there as long as i can .a personal achievement i am proud of is just being there ...knowing i made it to work to care ,love and comfort others ,me leabing work knowing i did all i could in my power to comfort and make someone elses day...just by being there.
