I have worked as a caregiver for over 14 years. I've worked with many different age groups. Infants, young children, young adults, the elderly and adults with special needs, young and elderly. I am hardworking, compassionate, patient, and reliable.

In the main time, you should like what you doing.. be kind, responsible and truest professional, that's make you a great person. I do most housework for 12 years, and I have been help many families. It's a pressure to see you can help in any way to make a better live for a costumers. I'm proud to have healthy family's, provided from my job. Most of times you are not a housekeeper, but a friend or a kind of family member.

When I was about 10 years old, My grandmother had a stroke, I learned a lot by looking after her and helping her with daily needs. That was when I decided to become a CNA, I have a lot of passion for this type of job, I like to treat them as family because that's when they need you the most in their lives.

After many long years of working directly with people in diverse professional settings back then in the day ;when I was used to be a certified nurse assistance CNA from state of California, where I had gained all the experienced dealing & taken care of all types of geriatric residents in the nursing homes of settings & Private home care . Empathy & compassion ; vital qualities that are extension of interpersonal skills when working with senior residents . 3. Ability to follow set rules and protocols 4. Astute observation skills ; which is observing residents day to day physical & mental health at all the times . Fully strong sense of awareness in the client's environment to ensure safety. The only thing that I really enjoy being a care giver are I have a great compassion , pleasant with very positive of attitudes ,very caring person and I really like to help others. I have over 25 years of working in the healthcare industry. I worked for seven years at the Hahnemann University Hospital in the ER, where I helped nurses in providing care to ER patients as a medical assistant and healthcare administrator. I worked 10 years at a cancer center helping patients and families in the med-surge and ICU unit by providing assistant in their medical needs. I was the caregiver to my mother for 17 years while she was in and out of hospitals dealing with health issues and renal failure. Currently working with a staffing agency picking up assignments as needed.

I've been working as a caregiver over twenty years. My sister gave me my 1st job babysitting which started my love of taking care of people . The smiles I get from the person I've helped gives me great joy. The family and friends of the loved one always remembers the care you have given and treats you like one of the family.

Well I took care of my grandmother before she died of lung cancer so I decided to step my foot into the medical field. The thing I enjoy most is the smile you get when you walk through the door some have missed you while others have not. You just need to stay calm and smile through the storm.

The reason I be came a care giver , always was a person taking care of people sick or well. So I decided to do the ones that need the most and I get to listen to the here what they want to talk about and have patience to care for them. And like what I do because I was bless it could have been me in this way , but I have parents that's older that I take good care of too, my personal achievement is that all the people I have done and the people I have work for still care for me.
