What makes me a great caregiver is that I am able to relate to the needs of my clients base on individuality. I am very compassionate towards my clients. I try my very best to understand their needs and find a solution to it. I became a caregiver not only to help people who are at a disadvantage but rather because I care about people and enjoy being a part of their lives. For many years I've lived away from my father, but the moment I received a phone call that he had a stroke I dropped everything and went to care for him until he recovered. That alone shows how caring and concern I am about people who are unable to care for themselves. What I like about being a caregiver is the fact that I am able to bring a smile on the faces of my clients no matter what moods they are in for that particular day. I go to an extended mile to make sure that their needs are met and that they are taken good care of and happy. One personal achievement I am proud of is being able to graduate college. Both my parents are illiterate and for me to be the first out of four siblings to go to college and graduate was a very good accomplishment for me. And with what I have learned and experience I will continue to strive in what I love the most; that is helping people.

I like being a caregiver because I love to take care of people. I feel that this is my calling and Jesus is working through me to let people know that they are loved and deserve the best care. I have over 15 years of experience. God bless

Caregivers and residents also develop special relationships.Compassion, Competence, Confidence, Conscience and Commitment) Caregiving is providing care for the daily needs of someone that is unable to care for themselves.

The qualities I posses is a set of intrinsic qualities that certain human beings possess and others do not. It is all about personality and how that personality fits with the patient and the members of their family. It’s just as simple as that.I have a natural urge to help others. Often times I have always placed a priority on helping other people. Being that I want to make the world a better place and do it with one home care patient at a time.

Well I have worked for Girling,as a care giver for 3 years, cook a meal, bathing, light laundry, sweep mop, dishes, assist with shopping, work 18 to 20 hours week Monday thru Friday. have refrences, dependable.

I believe I'm a great caregiver because I love my job, I enjoy making a difference in peoples lives, it's been my passion since I was 12 years old. My biggest accomishment has been fulfilling my dream.

I am always conscience of how I would want to be treated. I am a hard worker who has the Integrity to be and do what is needed. I also have a qualified veteran client already and need a better salary to work for him.
