I am Virginia Board Certified Nursing Assistant with over five years of home health and assisted living care. After raising four children I returned to school and became certified as a Home Health Aid, Nursing Assistant as well as Phlebotomy Tech. I believe that everyone has the right to quality care, and an advocate to ensure they are treated with dignity and respect. Raising four children has taught me that one must always use and implement active listening skills as well as expect the unexpected. My passion for health care comes from years of experience as a mother, wife and caregiver to family and friends.

I became a caregiver because I love helping elderly and sick people. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid and have ten years of experience working with sick and elderly people. I'm a very clean and passionate person who can perform the following tasks by myself: tube feeding, Hoya lift, bs monitoring, and vs. I can help patients get into bed, eat, and bathe/shower. I am also more than willing to do light housekeeping.

I became a caregiver since 1993 when I graduated from a Teachers Training College back in my country Cameroon and started teaching in a kindergarten and middle school respectively for 12 years before travelling to the USA in 2006. So I achieved patience and tolerance which is still helping me now when I have to give care.

I became a Caregiver because of my grandmother. She is getting older and has Dementia, so I am always by her side trying to help her remember things and doing daily activities with her.
