The reason I become a caregiver because I enjoy taking care of the elderly, sick, and handicapped. I enjoy making sure client are safe, healthy, and comfortable and will treat my clients and family members with respect. I am certified in American Heart Association, Licensed in under the DC Board of Nursing in Home Health Aide and also have a certificate in activities assistant. When my client is satisfied with my job and has a smile on her/his face. When my client was on her dead bed and her last request was to see her angel and hug her for the last time. When she was asked who the angel is, she said is Jane. As soon as I walked in her room, my client gave me a big hug and a smile, and she said, that's my angel, take care of her.

I have always longed to help out people since childhood especially the elderly. Just reminding myself that they were once able to do everything by themselves ,drives me to wholeheartedly help them out in their activities of daily living.
