Hello I tend to be more on the positive side like to see the person smile. Getting to know the person listening to the person telling me about the amazing life. I had a brother who passed from cancer and a mother who passed from dementia. After caring and helping both mother and brother I felt very compassionate for others. Spending time with the person listening to the life stories or experiences they've gone through. The person in my care having a Positive experience while in my care.

I have over 10 years experience as a caregiver. I have worked for home health care agencies as well as private clients. I have also worked as a live in care giver. In my career as a caregiver, I have worked with clients with various conditions including dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke, diabetes, cancer treatment, hospice. I enjoy working as a caregiver because it is a rewarding job. I get satisfaction in knowing that I was able to be of help to my clients in their time of need. It gives me joy hearing my clients appreciate the help am able to offer. I am very observant and pay attention to detail, because of that, I am able to offer recommendations to my clients and aides that will make their everyday living easier. I am kind, patient and I take care of my clients as I would my own family or as I would love someone else to take care of my family. Most of the families I have worked with over the years are now part of my family.

Personally i have empathy and compassion to people with various condition like,pple with disability due to impairement,sickly pple who need my assistance. What i enjoy most,is when i give care to the client and help them gain their self confidence and treat them equally and with respect and by the end of the day is rewarding to see that person happy and fulfilled.

I am reliable ,independent, flexible and willing to learn. taking care of my elderly grandmother made me attracted to being a caregiver. I enjoy learning new things and the good conversations that I get to learn from the elderly and advice. the ability to work with different people.its a challenge that I always overcome.

I will proudly say that I'm a patient gentleman and Patience is a great way to derive success in many aspects of life. Having in mind that caregiving can be challenging sometimes, I derived success in caregiving by exercising patients and kindness towards my clients. I started caregiving by taking care of my own mother, when I saw how happy she feels by having me around, I felt blessed doing it and when she passed, I extended the same compassion to others. I really enjoy it when I notice that I have made a positive impact on the life of my client; I can remember being called God sent by the wife of one of my clients; the gentleman returned home after spending months at the hospital and rehab, he lost his ability to walk and speak. after I was called in as a caregiver, he regained his mobility and speech because we had to engage with him not just as a client but as a loved one...

I am a people person and love taking care of people. At the end of the day, it makes me feel good to know I helped someone else. I tend to go above and beyond for others, it comes natural for me. Going through the training to become certified has been a personal achievement, I was nervous at first, thought it would take forever. When I finished the training and became certified I felt great, because I could continue taking care of others. I am Covid-19 vaccinated.

I am a self-drive, compassionate, patient and reliable caregiver with about two years caregiving experience. I have always have the drive and care for the vulnerable people in our society to assist them live a normal life as possible. What I enjoy most about my job is to see my clients happy and living their lives as normal as everyone else with their respect and dignity intact. I have been a professional care giver for over 8 years , But been one for over 20 years. I started caregiving when my mother got sick in 2001 , she lost sight and hearing So being the eldest among my siblings , I had to come up with a care plan Care giving then became a passion I hold a Bachelor's Degree in social work which made me love care giving more. I then studied care giving because it gives me a lot of satisfaction when I see someone smile , get back on their feet,and out of danger because of my service, trust me I do understand what families go through because I've been there n still there. I have taken care of people with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, dementia, development disability, diabetics, stroke , Physical disabilities, people on hospice and many more. I have worked in Adult family homes, assisted living facilities, memory care facilities and individual clients in their homes

To me Caregiving is a passion, i enjoy doing it! I started with my grandmother who had breastcancer and being by her side everyday of her last days gave me so much joy, since then I knew helping the needy is what I want to do. What I enjoy most about my job is seing a smile on my clients faces when I help them, them looking forward to seing me the next day and me doing the same. In my previous job in an adult family home I was the lead caregiver where I worked for 1year 3 months, ive also worked with different one on one clients.
