I am honest, hardworking, experience, passionate, driven, dependable, highly organized and constantly set goals for myself. I am able to handle multitask. What attracted me to become a caregiver, i love making a difference in a family and their love ones life. I also love making a difference in a clients daily routine to wish the family could be at ease. It's very rewarding field where getting to meet all different kind of personalities.

Caregiving isn't for everyone, you have to have a great love for it and your clients! I've received Employee of the Month and Nurse Delegation certificate. I work for 2 locations under my company because I enjoy working so much! I truly enjoy the people I work for! I enjoy cleaning, organizing, grocery shopping, helping people get around and anything else I'm able to assist with! I love animals too!

Over 20 yrs experience caring for people of all ages and abilities. 5+ yrs as a CNA in PDX first working in a small facility for people w/ HIV/AIDS then onto temping at LTC Facilities all over PDX. 18 years working for UCP, OR w/ adults w/ CP & intellectual disabilities. 5+ yrs as an "Enhanced Worker" HCW doing in-home care for Aging & Disability Services. Now certified in WA as a HCA to work in-homes. Additional interests & education include: Cosmetology, Naturopathic Assistant & Juice Bar Manager. Study Yoga, Tai Chi Chuan & Meditation. Some massage school experience too. Strong interest in Nutrition and Whole Foods Cooking & Herbs. I believe we are here to help and learn from one another and I chose caregiving because it allows me to really thrive while hopefully uplifting or at least easing the lives of those I work with.

Am fully Vaccinated with a car and an active insurance . For two years I've enjoyed working with the elderly as well as with people with developmental disabilities; because through them, I've been able to acquire great skills such as being a good listener, good communication skills, kindness, emphatic, reliable, honest, patient, compassionate, calm under pressure, being positive for them and the importance of personal dignity and privacy. In addition to my training as a health care aide and as a certified nursing assistant these has also greatly boosted my skills and qualities of becoming a great caregiver!

I enjoy helping people and supporting them to live the lives that they want to but are unable to on their own. I am a caring person, a hard worker and I pay close attention to details. I enjoy cooking and preparing meals and general house cleaning. My grandmother was a CNA at a hospital for over 14 years and I always wanted to help people like she did. I have been in the Health Care field for over 14 years , I started out as a CNA and found my way into the ID/DD community and I love it! I am licensed through the State of Oregon/ DHS and currently have my Provider/Personal Support Worker numbers through DHS and CDDP/CCMH for Developmental Disabilities.

I have a lot of compassion for people I love helping people who need me I am always ready to offer the best of my I just love my job :)

I have worked with elderly for 10yrs. Im presently a certified care giver for the state of oregon which requires a yearly back ground check & finger printing for the state. I have repect for my elders. I do my best to make things as easy and as comfortable for them as possible in there own home. I have assisted many elderly clients during times of need.
