I became a caregiver to help others, it's always given me pleasure knowing I was able to make someone else's life a little better. I like being a caregiver because it allows me to give back what has been in me. The thing I'm mostly proud of is how much I've accomplished throughout my life. I'm 37 years of age and I've been a CNA for about 13 years now. I'm a very family-oriented, compassionate person who cares about the level of care I provide to others. I'm very dedicated to those I provide services for. I believe in the clients' right to choose his/her care along with treating the client and their loved ones with dignity and respect.

I am an easy outgoing person who loves to help others. My parents and grandparents are what motivated me to help those in need. I am currently enrolled in school to become a Nurse.

I became a caregiver(cna) because ive always had a desire to help people. I love seeing smiles on the persons face after youve helped them, and the warm feeling you get when you get attached to them. I have achieved being the first in my family to graduate high school and pursue a career in the medical field. I plan to continue my career in the medical field as long as it sticks around ultimately becoming a nurse.

I decided to follow a career in the health field when I helped take care of my grandmother when she was in a nursing home for rehabilitation after a car accident. My older sister was always my idol. She became a nurse and I always admired her with her job and all that she does for other people who are in need. I decided to pursue in the same field. I enjoy helping others. I am a very giving and compassionate person. I take my job seriously, and don't expect anything in return. My reward is seeing smiling faces of those I help and knowing that they are completely appreciative of everything I do because I am not obligated to do so. I am proud of starting school to continue my education. I had financial issues and had to take a break, but I am determined to finish and get my RN. A little something about myself, I live on my own with my boyfriend and his 3 year old son. I also have a dog. I enjoy spending time with my family and my boyfriend's family. I am looking to add on to my small family, but the jobs I have had have not allowed me to be financially stable just yet. I am looking to get paid decently for all the work that I do as a CNA. CNAs don't always get competitive pay. Thank you for your time.

I take full responsibility for my clients I don't have any children or sickly family that will interfere in my commitment to provide full time / live in care position. I specialize in providing care to clients with Dementia/ Alzheimer disease. I provide exceptional care to all my clients. I have worked with clients from stage 1 until the final stage (7) of dementia. I also worked in the hospital setting for four years.
