I work in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, nursing/assisted living homes and in clients home. I provide compassionate care and companionship to patients with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, diabetic, physical disabilities, those undergoing post-operative recovery and convalescents. I help clients or patients in their daily personal task such as bathing and dressing. I take vital signs. I monitored patients' intake of oral medications as directed by physician. I provide housekeeping, laundry services, and attend to patients' comfort and cleanliness. I turned bed fast patients every 2 hours to avoid bedsores. I prepare and serve food or feed patients needing assistance, and record food or liquid intake and output. I arrange transportation to doctors' offices or for other kinds of outings.
