I became a homemaker in 2001 .I answered an ad in our local newspaper. I was ccurrently waiting tables at a local hotel .I was looking for a 2nd job at the time.It was then I knew it was my calling in 2003 I was recognized as Homemaker of the year.I continued to work for a non -profit agency until 2005.My husband and I hit a hardship and I was inclined to seek employment at a higher paying job.I worked for Walmart Optical/ Pharmacy for 6 years.Where I was a T3 trainer. ( I trained all new hire's) I left in 2011 and decided to seek my calling and became self -employed working with the elderly.In the last 3 years. I Have worked closely with 3 families. The last one was a couple whom I left in July because my husband was transferred to Amazon, the new facility in Ruskin.I am hoping to find another family/individual to care for.After relocating, I have taken a Certified Nursing Assistant Exam Prep Coarse, which I am scheduled to take the State exam in early October. I am still currently registered through the State of Indiana as a Home Health Aide.But, also completed 75 hours of training here (Florida)to obtain certification for this State.I also have a certificate for medtech. ( Assistance with medication).I have references upon request.Thank you for taking the time reading my personal accomplishments and experiences.
