I love being a caregiver to be able to help people make a difference in their life . Also to help them to live independlyf for as long as they can,helping people is very rewarding .Personal achievement that I am proud of is having my 2 daughters. I am a mother of 2 and a grandmother of 2 I moved to Flordia 2 years ago to be closer to my daughter and grand children, I lived in California for 55 years.

I am a great caregiver because I genuinely care for those in need of my assistance. I have a strong undergraduate back ground in the sciences and psychology so have an excellent understanding of the of the physical and emotional needs of an individual. I attended a state approved nursing assistant program and am certified in the state of Florida. I received my BLS certification through the Memorial Healthcare System. I feel that my age and devotion to physical fitness and healthy lifestyle allows me to perform any physical tasks a position may require. My background as a high school French teacher family service counselor and nursing assistant demonstrates my ability to work well with all ages and passion for working with and helping people. I pride myself in my work ethic and high caliber of professionalism. On a personal note I was raised with a family member that has spina bifida and ever since I was a child assisted in his daily activities. I find it to be a true privilege to help individuals with disabilities or whom are ill. I have an upbeat and sociable personality which enables me to deliver truly holistic healthcare. Its important to me that not only physical needs are met but also mental and emotional needs are met as well.
