My greatest achievements have been helping individuals maintain a sense of independence. I have cared for clients that were going through various stages of Alzheimer's or dementia. I am a fun and loving person and take pride in my care plan. There are so many people that have blessed my life with their love and kindess, great stories and wisdom. It is a pleasure to be there for them and their loved ones in a time of need.

To Whom It May Concern: I was extremely fortunate to have James Jagosh care for my father during the last three months of his life. Not only was James nurturing and compassionate, but he was dedicated to making sure that my dad was comfortable, at ease, and always at peace. Besides the fact that James was an excellent caregiver who never complained and worked tirelessly; he truly has a heart of gold. He was knowledgeable, communicative and compassionate, so I was rest assured that dad was in the best of hands. I hold James in the highest regard and know that he will be an asset to any organization. Sincerely, Tamra Saggau (816) 729-0227 .

I became a caregiver because , I always like the medical field but I couldn't afford to become a nurse , the best think to be a caregiver is when you become important part of your client and the client family in the care of your patient , the rewarding feeling after you help them with their daily need and all the blessing you get from your patients , I actually when to school and I got a diploma for Travel and Tourist I work at a agency for two years and I never feel as happy as I feel after I decide to become a caregiver. My personal achievement wish I am proud of are the 12 years experience in this carrier with any complain and a lot of thanks and blessing from my patients. I am a very responsible person and when I get a assigned case I try my best for my clients also I have a lot of patient and compassion to other I like to help for me is a very rewarding feeling.

I am a kind, compassionate person. Quiet in nature, sensitive to the needs of others. I'm a good listener and like to encourage people to feel good about themselves.A people pleaser would describe me, but I can be firm if the situation calls for it, but generally that would only arise for safety concerns. I think my personality would enable me to be a very good caregiver, and I have been told that by others.Thank-you!
I became a caregiver because I believe everyone should be treated equally with respect and I care a lot about people being a caregiver is a big responsibility is treating the other person like you expect others to treat you, treating them like a human not like a number. I am proud of myself because i have deferent certifications like medical assistant and respiratory therapy so i am not only a caregiver but much more then that. i am a motivated person ready to better myself and people around me.
