I believe to be a great caregiver because I have compassion and patience when it comes to caring for others. I treat my clients/residents as if they are my loved ones. I became a caregiver in 2002 caring for the mentally challenged then I got my CNA license in 2008 so since I came out of high school, care giving has been my occupation. I would say it's my calling from God; my purpose on this earth. I am a mother of 2 girls (8yr and 2yr). I'm currently taking classes to get in fscj nursing program for A.S in nursing(Rn). I'm reliable, honest, trustworthy, dependable, a person that will go above and beyond for anyone, and a woman of Christ. I love being a caregiver because I love caring for others knowing I helped someone and they love forward to seeing you again and again means you are doing something right and my residents/clients look forward to seeing me and for that I will be forever grateful knowing I made a difference in others lives.
