What makes me a great caregiver is I care for others like they are my family members and I treat them with respect and make sure all their needs and wants are met and make them happy. I became a caregiver at a young age when I has to take care of my grandmother on my own up until she passed away and I just love being a caregiver because I have a big heart. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to help and seeing a good change in the resident and seeing them happy and smiling and not giving up. A personal achievement that I am proud of is how far I have done came in this field because it's not for everybody.
