I think I am a great caregiver because this is not just a job to me, I actually enjoy being around the elderly. It makes me happy to pamper them and make sure they are happy and comfortable. I became a caregiver because I was only a child when my paternal grandmother passed and I never knew my maternal grandmother as she passed during childbirth. I find that the elderly is like a window to the past, their wisdom is astounding and I love the stories they can tell. They deserve to be treated like the royalty, they have earned the right to be catered to. I feel it is my duty to make sure their last years on this earth are the happiest.
