My name is Alisha Guerra i was born in fort Myers Fl but raised all my life in Naples fl. When I graduated high school i decided right away what field i wanted to work in, and that was being a caregiver. So I went to Lorenzo walker institute of technology to get my CNA certification. Since 2005 I've been working as a.Caregiver. What really inspired me to become a caregiver was my elderly father for whom I care for between my twin sister and I we care for him. My father was the one that really motivated me in becoming a caregiver. Dad always said how passionate and caring i was to take care of him. So every time I go out on my job i take care of every patient i get like if they were my love one. I always said this job is not for everyone, u really have to give it your all to achieve and accomplish every patients goals in theirs care of need. That's one of the reasons I love being a Caregiver, I stive to give it my all and be the best caretaker and companion i can be for every patient i meet.
