Having been employed for over ten years, I have been fortunate to care for elderly and special needs persons. I have been involved with special olymips and cooking and daily care for special needs (Downs Syndrome) people. It was such a pleasure to join them in their desire for independance and and respect for themselves. My work with the elderly involved a live in position, and various other needs for people with Dimentia, Alzheimers, and various other disorders. A great deal and be learned by listening the the elderly and providing them with the dignity and respect they deserve. This field of work is so rewarding and I am lucky to be part of all their jouneys through life. I have a resume and references available for those interested.
