I am a compassionate, reliable, fun , and loving. I am a mom, grandmother, friend and caregiver. I first became a caregiver in 1995, after the loss of a family member and close friend. I have worked in group homes, one on one, senior care, and private duty. I have been trained in Florida, Indiana and Tennessee. I can pass a level 2 background. I have First Aid/ CPR, and a clean driving record.. I am certified in Parkinson, Dementia, Autism to name a few. I have personal reference. I feel honored to be a caregiver. I am honored to be trusted with families loved ones. I treat each client like I would my own my family. I enjoying seeing my client reach even the smallest of goals. I like cheering them on and assisting them to reach for the stars. In 2003 I worked with a male legally blind, and he only crawled. The mother was told he would never walk, and never see. We found a specialist 2 hours away who made a special lens for my buddy and when he put those glasses, he looked at me and said I see you. My buddy also learn learned to walk with assistance. This was one of my biggest accomplishments.
