I became a caregiver due to the love and care I have mainly for the ederly. A career such as this is one I find to be extremely rewarding mainly because I enjoy making a difference in the lives of people and patients I care for. I'm personally proud of the appreciation I recieve from those I care for. One example that stands out for me is when I was asked by a patients' family member to personally escort their love one to several family functions such as weddings, parties and family reunions to name I few. Becaused the family trusted me enough to care for their family member at these functions made me realize how much faith and trust I'm able to leave in hearts of patients' families. I plan to continue my work with the ederly for as long as I'm afforded the opportunity, for it continuously brings great joy to my life. Caring for the ederly is what I've done for over 25 years and see no ending of career in this area any time soon.
