I became a caregiver to take care of my friend's mother who, was in her nineties while he traveled. When I was completing my externship for medical assisting, the doctor I worked for recognized my true calling with seniors, who always asked for me to attend them. I am pursuing my HHA certificate and am willing to take other courses to enable me to offer the best care possible. My parents are elderly and I understand the aging process first hand, wanting to ease their problems as much as possible. I graduated with high honors and perfect attendance from Medical Assisting College which I'm very proud of. I'm a very hard and good worker that learns quickly and also follows direction. I have received my certificate as a Home Health Aide and plan to complete my CNA certification.
