I have worked in the healthcare profession for many years and have dedicated my life to serving others. I believe that being a caregiver is rewarding because I can give back love, care, and attention to those in need serve people in need of your service, helps you to find your purpose, and do a job with true meaning that is satisfying. The personal achievement that I am proud of is creating programs for individuals in need and seeing them happy that you put them first. I worked at a drug rehab for clients who lived on the streets for many years. I created many programs for them so they could make a smoother transition back into a life they once knew. This program was not a part of my job description, and that is what made it so special to them and me.

I will be their for them if needed. You have to be patient understanding caring know their needs and provide lots of TLC. I took care of a elderly for 14 years, she was in a wheel chair when I met her. also a heavy drinker. Within that 14years of my caring for her I was able to help her family and the client to make a decision for the client to under go knee surgery. She was able to walk for 6 years which was joyful time for her. Few more years after that she was able to give up drinking with a little of my help. I was very happy to see this achievement. The family was proud to see this accomplishment and thank me for my assistance. This made me feel so happy and wonderful that I was able to be their for them. I am a understanding and caring person when I can help someone that needs my services I will be their. I also enjoy traveling being around my grandchildren, love my church, I love to keep up with my landscape, enjoy exercising, and focus on my health.
