I have a long history of customer service in medical and retail environments, and have worked with families working as a nanny and in home care for years. (I even have a registered Service Dog Shih-tzu that tags along visiting elders upon their request!) Hospitality comes naturally to me as a person, a plethora of in-home care experiences has left me capable of helping family members of all ages no matter the task.
