Provided care which included companionship, dressing, cooking and transportation. Mr Richenstein suffered from a variety of illnesses which also included cancer.

On call CNA which provided care in a facility, provided all care for clients.

I was Ms. Carol Faustmann’s live-in care-giver. I was employed by her brother John Faustmann. Ms. Faustmann suffered from Parkinson and also Dementia. Ms. Faustmann was unable to walk long distances so she was dependent on the use of a walker. In the beginning stage of caring for Ms. Faustmann she was very reluctant in participating in exercises. I encouraged Ms. Faustmann that these exercises helped her in being more mobile. Quite often we went swimming which also assisted with the improvement of her mobility. Ms. Faustmann mobility drastically improved as we did exercises daily and we also took daily walks. These exercises focused on her weak muscles which improved her mobility. I was responsible for taking care of Ms. Faustmann’s errands which includes; grocery shopping, doctor appointments etc. I assisted with her medication intake quite often she would forget. I developed a professional while I was employed as her Nanny for her 3 children. While taking care of her children her mother became ill and she decided to employ me as the caregiver for her mother. I worked with Mrs. Hector for about two years. Mrs. Hector suffered from heart complications which led to her having to undergo heart surgery. She also had to undergo knew surgery at the same time. While Mrs. Hector remained in the hospital after her surgeries I would visit each day and still provide care and companionship. After she was released from the hospital she had to use a walker. I had to take her to her physical therapy appointments and had to learn the exercises which would aid in her recovery in home. The care in home after the surgeries became more tedious as she was more dependent on me. We participated in exercises each morning and afternoon until Mrs. Hector became independently mobile. Her Doctors were surprise at her speedy recovery. I assisted Mrs. Hector with her activates of daily living. It was a joy visiting Mrs. Hector each day as she was warm and welcoming. I Provided care for Mr Spence’s mother whom suffered from Leukemia. I provided her with all Activities of daily living which includes: Bathing, dressing, cooking, etc. I assisted with medication management and also Doctor appointments. All of Mrs Spence’s need I would provide care. I provided all round companion care and helped her to live life again.
