Make the residents and family members feel like home. I like to see them happy. Many times I saw people coming in a nursing home very sick and depress, just waiting for the last minute to pass out. But sometimes it can be the opposite after a good follow up and a good care. I am always proud to see the person who was dying recovering and becoming what he or she was before the sickness.
