For 40 years, my working life involved helping people; now that I am older and retired, I have time to assist people as a caregiver to make their lives easier. I learned in my earlier adult years that nutrition is very important to one's health. Thirty years of learning experience through self-study and seminars, I have gained in health and nutrition, and continue to study. I enjoy helping people whether it's information concerning health foods, supplements, healthy menus. Those who are physically/mentally challenged, I particularly take pride in assisting them, as I was a caregiver for my mother a fter she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's which I feel is harder on loved ones than the acutal patient. I love caring for and sharing learned knowledge and that which life has taught me. I want to give care to others as long as I am healthy in mind, body and spirit...that is my true passion and drive that propels me to keep going! I am patient, friendly, optimistic, and serious about the state of our nation and the world; and always hopeful for medical discoveries for illnesses as alzheimers, cancers and many others. I make a great caregiver because I am "a natural" when it comes to providing the best of care and concern to my clients...and what matters is that they feel it. I strive to deliver the clients needs for their well-being and/or healing. When we caregivers do the work, we don't have to worry about the earnings....that will surely come! ... more
