Hello, my name is Renita but my friends call me Pooh. I have 14 years of experience working in health care. I started out as a cook in in an Assisted Living facility. I love caring for others as well as cooking. I take pride in what I do. When I'm not caring for others I attend school online at Colorado Technical University. I'm attending to receive an Associates Degree in Science of Health in Human Services Management. I plan to graduate in May 2017. I don't look at caring for people as a job but more so a privilege. I've had the pleasure of caring for some amazing people. Hearing the many stories of their journeys and also making new friends. I honestly love what I do. I feel as though I would be the perfect match for the company and your loved one.
I became a caregiver because of a neighbor that lived along and need help. I enjoy hearing my patient stories about their life, and the relationship that develop between myself, my patient and the family member. One of my achievement was getting a patients to take her insulin, she love to eat sometime more than she should which would cause her blood sugar to raise. I am depenable, honest person that love my patients. I give them the up most respect and also the kind of care i would give my mom and other family member nothing but the best will do.
